Terms of Service

1. Creative Services

Évrard Studio provides Creative Direction, Commercial Modeling, Photography, Video Production, and Post-Production services. Project scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon prior to production via written proposal or brief.

2. Intellectual Property & Rights

Upon full payment of agreed fees, clients receive usage rights for the final deliverables specified in the project contract. Évrard Studio retains moral rights and the right to display project assets in portfolio showcases unless bound by a prior NDA agreement.

3. Payments & Revisions

Payments are processed securely via Stripe invoice links. Custom projects include a specified number of revisions in the brief phase. Additional post-production edits requested after sign-off may incur extra charges.
